A fourth-generation working cattle ranch fifteen miles west of Steamboat Springs, Saddleback runs guests through 8,000 acres of Rocky Mountain pasture and timber. Summer brings cattle drives, one and two-hour photo rides, and picnic horseback trips among the herd. Winter swaps the saddle for the YEE HAW Tubing Hill, groomed snowmobile tours, and winter horseback rides through the snow. Family-owned since the 1940s, the operation is casual and built for first-time riders as much as experienced ones.
