Colorado River Runs is among the original river outfitters in Colorado, rafting the upper Colorado and Eagle Rivers since 1973 from a historic ranch base in Radium. The Colorado River trip runs Class II and II+ rapids through a deep canyon with mountain vistas, suitable for families and first-timers. The more intense Eagle River option plunges down the Vail Valley for thrill seekers. Morning, midday, and afternoon departures run daily May through September. Two-person inflatable kayaks (duckies) are available on Colorado River trips for teens and older kids.
