Hahns Peak Historical Society

The Hahns Peak Area Historical Society preserves the story of the gold-rush era village at the base of Hahns Peak, about 30 miles north of Steamboat Springs on the shore of Steamboat Lake. The society maintains the 1911 schoolhouse and a small museum documenting the mining, ranching, and homesteading families who built the settlement in the late 1800s.
