Our property managers are categorized into three quality tiers, primarily determined by their Care Coverage Ratio™, which is the ratio of local service team members to properties.
Signature Tier: Extraordinary stays without compromise, Care Coverage Ratio of 1 local service staff to every 5 properties
Premium Tier: Elevated vacations above and beyond, Care Coverage Ratio of 1 to 10
Lifestyle Tier: Essentials you can count on, Care Coverage Ratio of 1 to 15
To join the Inhaven Stay platform, we conduct a three-stage verification process consisting of: 1) establishing the property manager's product quality standards for the bed, bath and kitchen, 2) verifying that quality standards are maintained and 3) assessing the property manager's Care Coverage Ratio and guest services offering.
Whereas all current distribution platforms curate based on individual homes, Inhaven Stay is curated based on property managers, thus all of a manager's properties can be listed on our site.
