An award-winning butcher shop, smokehouse, and deli on SW Evergreen Ave, where third-generation artisans smoke, cure, and cut everything in-house, from bratwursts to jerky. Sandwiches stack house-smoked tri-tip, turkey, and Reubens on french rolls big enough to share, each with chips and a cookie for $17 to $19. Cedar River Farms beef and Mary's free-range chicken fill the retail case, and eight taps pour local beer and cider. Watching the butchers work is half the show. Doors run 9am to 6pm daily; the sandwich kitchen closes earlier on weekdays.
