Cascade Lakes Brewing - Pub at 7th Street

One of Central Oregon's pioneering craft breweries, pouring since 1994, runs its original pub on SW 7th Street in Redmond. Family-owned by the Rhine family and operated as the region's only not-for-profit brewery, it backs a menu of burgers, sandwiches, salads, and flatbreads with roughly a dozen house ales and lagers. Regulars swear by the tri-tip steak dip. Garage doors open to a tree-lined patio with a fire pit, TVs carry the game inside, and daily happy hour runs 4 to 6pm, making it an easy, unfussy local stop after a day outdoors.
