A family-run bakery on SW 6th Street from Heather Goss, a Louisiana transplant and Sparrow Bakery alum who grew the business from farmers markets to a food truck to this light-filled downtown storefront. Decorated shortbread cookies rotate with the seasons, candied pecan shortbread and cinnamon rolls anchor the case, and beef-cheddar kolaches nod to her Louisiana roots. Espresso runs from a Cinnamon Roll Latte to the daring Ghost Chili Mocha. A big wooden community table sets the tone. Open Tuesday through Saturday, 7am to 2pm, so come early for the best pick.
