River Daze Café

A few blocks off the town center at 202 Cascade Avenue, River Daze Cafe was started by a pastry chef and a farmer with a focus on simple, organic, unprocessed ingredients. Breads, pastries, soups and dressings are all made in house, and breakfast runs all day, every day, anchored by what regulars call the best breakfast sandwich in the Gorge. Order at the counter, then dig into sourdough waffles with local organic strawberries, a lox and cream cheese bagel, or fresh-made salads and sandwiches, including housemade gluten-free bread.
