Full Sail Brew Pub
House brews and pub fare with Gorge views
Cidery | Hood River, OR | $$$$

Set on 30-plus acres of working orchard in the Hood River Valley, The Gorge White House is a fourth-generation family farm pouring its own apple- and pear-based hard ciders alongside Oregon wines. Sip a blueberry cider on the lawn with Mt. Hood on one horizon and Mt. Adams on the other. The food cart turns out White House burgers built on Mt. Shadow beef and fruit-topped flatbreads, while the surrounding fields open for U-pick flowers, cherries, berries, and pears through the season. No reservation, no dress code, just a casual afternoon among the blooms.
