Hood, this warm cedar-walled tavern serves Northwest cuisine sourced almost entirely from within a 30-mile circle of local farms, ranches, and breweries. The kitchen is known for Pendleton Farms steaks, the house-smoked prime rib French dip, creole salmon risotto, and from-scratch desserts.
