Hope Ranch Lavender

Twelve thousand fragrant plants ripple across the heart of the Hood River Valley, framed by clear views of Mt. Hood, Mt. Adams and Mt. Defiance just minutes from downtown. In summer you cut your own bouquet from the field of purple, then have it wrapped in paper for the trip home. The Roulette family grows, harvests and distills everything on site, including the only White English lavender on the Fruit Loop and culinary varieties for home cooks. A food truck serves crepes, and a stop here pairs naturally with the orchards along the loop.
