It was November 16th, 1955 when Alfonso Tornabene brought his authentic Sicilian-style pizza with freshly prepared toppings, and high-quality mozzarella cheese to Stickney, Illinois all the way from Canicatti, Sicily, Taking a half a century to perfect covering the delectable thin crust, putting only the freshest ingredients into the pizza right down to each carefully placed mound of sausage, he developed a taste that has been sought after. And now with his recipe pass all the way to us through his daughter Mary, the Harbor Country area can enjoy this unique pizza at our store in New Buffalo, MI.
