Unravel Coffee sits in Gravity Haus at the base of Peak 9, serving sustainably sourced espresso, pour-overs and matcha from beans the roastery imports directly from partner farms in Ethiopia and Guatemala. The cafe doubles as a bar with craft cocktails and wine, and pairs drinks with handmade bagels, pastries and elevated breakfast and lunch bites provided by the adjoining Cabin Juice kitchen. It's a favorite early-morning stop for skiers heading to the Quicksilver Superchair and a mellow afternoon hangout for guests of the hotel.
