Saloon | Breckenridge, CO | $$$$

Opened as Long's Saloon in 1861 and rebuilt in its current form in 1879, the Gold Pan Saloon holds the longest continuously running liquor license west of the Mississippi and is Summit County's oldest bar. Step inside and you'll find original back-bar woodwork, mining-era photos, and the ghosts of more than a century of Breckenridge characters. The kitchen turns out elevated pub classics, burgers, wings, and hearty entrees alongside a deep whiskey list and local drafts. Pool tables, live music, late nights, and a rowdy local crowd keep this historic watering hole very much alive after 160-plus years.
