Ember is Breckenridge's flagship fine-dining destination, a seasonally driven New American kitchen tucked half a block off Main Street. Chef-driven menus change throughout the year and feature ingredients like pork loin, sweet-potato pasta, day-boat scallops, ribeye, and buffalo tenderloin, followed by inventive desserts such as s'mores fried pie and house-made ice creams. The intimate dining room feels warm and contemporary, while the bar pours Euphoric Hour specials from 4 to 6 with two apps for twenty-five dollars. A three-course prix fixe is offered nightly. Reservations via Tock are strongly encouraged.
