Opened in February 2025 inside the original tack shed of Union Train Station, Union Patisserie is Park City's most atmospheric morning stop — edgy Parisian sophistication meets mountain warmth, with a mural by local artist Sarah Jenson and handcrafted plates made from original rail-yard wood trestles. Daytime brings croissants, eclairs, French macarons, quiche, Jambon Beurre sandwiches, and cheese and charcuterie boards alongside espresso and tea. After dusk the space transforms into a chic wine bar with champagne, French hors d'oeuvres, and small plates — the ideal apres-ski wind-down. If you visit only once, end your evening here.
