On Snow Creek Drive since 1994, Wasatch Bagel is the no-frills neighborhood spot Park City locals guard with quiet pride. Counter-service casual — order at the window, take a number — but what comes out of the kitchen is anything but generic. Freshly baked bagels anchor a breakfast menu from 6am: the Wasatch Huevos, garlic bagel egg sandwich, or a breakfast burrito. Come midday, the burgers take over — pastrami and jalapeño both rank in Park City's top-three. Wraps, smoothies, and espresso keep things flexible. Open 6am to 10pm daily, it's one of the earliest kitchens in town.
