The Blue Stag Saloon is Breckenridge's go-to spot for mountain comfort food and wild game, tucked into a rustic South Main Street building. Signature dishes include wild boar lettuce wraps, wild game dumplings, elk stroganoff over pappardelle, a game sausage trio with rattlesnake, bison chili and crispy buffalo wings, plus hand-tossed 12-inch pizzas, burgers and housemade smoked meats. Over 30 craft brews and a deep whiskey and bourbon list keep the bar busy late. A heated back patio, no-reservations policy and a 2-5pm happy hour round it out.
