Quandary Grille sits right where Main Street meets the mountain at the base of Peak 9, with a sun-soaked deck overlooking Maggie Pond and the Tenmile Range. Chef Eric Berggren builds a Colorado-sourced menu of elevated comfort food: pork belly skewers, spicy ahi tostadas, Pioneer eggrolls, Colorado pork schnitzel and a CO Cowboy Ribeye. The bar pours 200+ tequilas, elevated margaritas, craft cocktails and local brews. Apres-ski is the scene, with a private dining room for 30 and catering available for groups of all sizes.
