Miguel's Restaurant at 6631 Midnight Pass Road has delivered classic French and continental European cuisine to Siesta Key since 1987, where founder Miguel Garcia and his sons continue the tradition of filet mignon, gulf seafood, roasted duck, pan-seared veal, and free-range chicken prepared with Old World technique and finished at the table. Cherries jubilee, banana fosters, and crème caramel close out dinner the traditional way. The full bar and extensive wine list support a 4pm–10pm dinner service seven nights.
