Daily-sourced fish from Japan, intimate omakase
Italian | Vail, CO | $$$$

At 100 East Meadow Drive in Vail Village, La Nonna brings the cooking traditions of Cortina d'Ampezzo in the Italian Dolomites to Colorado mountain dining. Executive Chef and co-founder Simone Reatti revives recipes from his northern Italian upbringing — all pasta made fresh daily, with dishes that change seasonally to reflect what is best and most immediate. Co-founders Luc and Liz Meyer bring decades of Vail restaurant experience to front-of-house. The intimate dining room rewards guests with the kind of careful, unhurried Italian dinner rarely found at resort altitude. Reservations by phone only; dinner nightly except Sunday.
