Set in a restored 125-year-old Victorian home on Ridge Street, Hearthstone Restaurant has been a Breckenridge fine-dining landmark since 1989. The menu celebrates New American cuisine with Colorado flair, featuring slow-roasted prime rib, Colorado lamb, blackberry elk, and black cod alongside naturally raised game and sustainable seafood. The wine list has earned Wine Spectator's Award of Excellence every year since 1997.
