At 562 Main Street, Fletcher's serves contemporary American cuisine built around grass-fed, hormone-free, locally sourced ingredients. The dinner menu is concise — eight entrees, half steaks — with the 12-oz grass-fed New York Strip and 8-oz filet among the mountain's finest. Small sharing plates and gluten-free selections round out the card. Upstairs, the Library Lounge operates as a 21+ private club — a hidden après-ski hideaway. The candlelit dining room rewards those who plan ahead. Fletcher's closes April through late May annually; book via Resy or by phone and reserve well in advance.
