Crepes a la Cart has been a beloved Breckenridge institution since February 2001, turning out sweet and savory crepes from a historic 1920s trailer parked on Main Street. With more than 70 crepes on the menu plus a build-your-own option, the lineup runs from Nutella-and-banana classics to ham-and-gruyere savories and seasonal specials. Gluten-free and dairy-free batters keep everyone in the mix. Lines regularly stretch down the sidewalk, so in 2016 the team opened The Crepe Kitchen around the corner on Ridge Street to ease the wait. Whether you're grabbing a late-night dessert or a quick on-the-go lunch, it's a Breck rite of passage.
