Just north of Main Street on Kearns Boulevard, Boneyard Saloon & Kitchen occupies a converted lumber yard where Edison bulbs glow above weathered leather booths and the scent of wood-smoke rolls from an open kitchen. Award-winning colossal wings, fall-off-the-bone ribs, jambalaya, and artisan wood-fired pizzas are all house-made and cooked over custom hardwood flame. Twenty beers on tap, 90 varieties of cans and bottles, and a wine dive side keep the apres hours rolling. This is a 21+ establishment — no minors admitted.
