BoLD Restaurant and Bar is a family-owned Mediterranean-inspired spot at the base of Peak 9, steps from the Quicksilver Superchair. Owners Dave and Marina opened in 2017, drawing on Marina's Greek grandmother's recipes for a menu that spans elevated breakfast into Mediterranean lunch and dinner. Expect mezze platters, harissa chicken skewers, seared salmon, lamb chops and shareable small plates alongside a deep wine list and Greek-accented cocktails. The daily happy hour from 2pm to 6pm is a locals' favorite, and BoLD has been voted Best Brunch in Breckenridge.
