Funky Fauna Artisan Ales builds every batch on locally foraged ingredients, native wild yeast captured from Central Oregon's high desert, and the off-kilter sensibility of a brewery that doesn't follow rulebooks. The taproom at 1125 NE 2nd Street in Bend pours whispy saisons, dry-hopped IPAs, clean lagers, and rotating seasonal experiments that highlight the flavors of the region's flora and terrain. The taproom is compact and convivial, with knowledgeable staff ready to walk visitors through the sourcing behind each pour.
