The Garrett County Fall Foliage Driving Tours are self-guided scenic routes curated by the Garrett County Chamber of Commerce to showcase the county's spectacular autumn color, typically peaking mid-October. Two routes are available: a Short Tour through Northern Garrett County (highlights: Friendsville, The Cove, and barn quilts) and an Extended Southern Tour (highlights: Bloomington Viaduct, Savage River, and the Mountain Maryland Scenic Byway).
