Dutchman Flat Sno-Park, 21 miles west of Bend on Century Drive, is one of the most popular winter staging areas in Central Oregon, known for its wide-open terrain and proximity to multiple Nordic trail systems. The park draws snowmobilers, dog-sledding enthusiasts, and cross-country skiers to its ample staging area at the base of the Cascades. Snowmobile trails fan out in multiple directions, and several Nordic sno-park systems are accessible from the area. An Oregon Sno-Park permit is required year-round between November 1 and April 30. The sno-park sits at the junction of multiple backcountry access roads, making it a hub for multi-sport.
