Eagle Crest, OR | leisure | 1 to 2 hours

A family-owned working ranch three miles east of Terrebonne, in the shadow of Smith Rock. The ranch raises 100% grass-fed and finished beef and lamb, heritage pork, free-range eggs, and raw local honey, all sold from the on-site store year-round. Each fall the property becomes one of Central Oregon's favorite pumpkin patches, running late September through October 31 with hay rides, pony rides, train rides, a petting zoo, shooting galleries, live music, and food trucks. Weddings with Smith Rock views fill the warmer months. Best for families with young kids; come on an October weekday to beat the weekend crowds.
