This house was perfect for us because we were able to boat and go to the beach and the location is this house made it so easy! There is a dock to tie up to and the beach is a block away. There are tons of restaurants and shops to walk/ bike to. The outdoor area was perfect for traveling with teenagers. We can’t wait to go back! Tips: they don’t stock much for kitchen so you will need salt, pepper, sugar and cooking oil/ spray. Also it’s a coffee pot so we took our keurig. It could use some updat…

Our stay was perfect. Easily walked to the beach or to local restaurants/bars within 5 min. The place was squeaky clean and had a great outdoor area/pool for days when the weather did not cooperate for a beach day. The place was easy to find, looked just like the photos, and had a beautiful view of the sound and sunrise every morning.

If I want to be picky, we found it pretty gross that the refrigerator in the garage had black mold on the seals. This was supposed to be…

This house was in a great location and had a nice pool and interior. The property manager was very responsive which was great. However, we couldn’t figure out how to open the door at first but we got help right away.
