Avoid any property that is managed by AMI Locals by Prime Vacations. Same company. We originally booked a property with them in March 2025 & they cancelled it 4 days before we left in April 2025.They said it was damaged by the hurricane in October 2024 & still not ready. Ok fine… then said we are not eligible for a refund because we didn’t buy travel insurance. We didn’t buy insurance because we knew we were coming. There was no reason to buy insurance. We’ve been renting on AMI for the past 15 years. Each time a different property. This is truly a great property. And, AMI locals property management was awesome! Easy to get in contact with, very responsive, and always helped resolve questions/issues. Next time we rent, we will make sure that AMI locals is the property manager. The layout of this home is perfect for a large family. The lazy river pool was very nice and we’d rent this house again.

This was such an incredible experience. The house was wonderful and the AMI Locals management company were rock stars. Whenever there was an issue or question, they immediately responded and had the problem solved within hours. It was comfortable to stay here and an easy process for sign in and check out. BOOKER BEWARE: The company this unit is booked through, AMI Locals, has not been great. The listing doesn’t mention that it is a triplex with shared walls and a ceiling where people and animals wil be running around all night! Pre check in communication was great. The home itself far exceeded expectations and was more beautiful in person. The pool was perfectly heated, the spa heated to perfection and the fire pit was a huge plus! We stayed more at the home than we did exploring or staying at the beach! AMI LOCALS really made our stay incredible and we will always use their services on our AMI adventures.

AMI Locals are very responsive, helpful with any questions I needed or any help with anything. Entire house inside and out was kept clean same with the pool and outside furniture. The location is in a great area private , close to beaches, bars, places to eat ,etc. Would recommend for nice family trips and even just get away on a relaxing vacation and have a good time. The management company is horrible with customer service. There were no trash cans upon arrival, the yard was not cleaned, garbage and recycling were not picked up. There was noHot water at the kitchen sink and no dishwasher. This was a health issue. The furniture was cheap. Put together furniture with the numbers and letters still on.

This was our 4th house within 24 hours. 1st was a maintenance issue, 2nd was no pool heat, 3rd was a leak. AMI provided great service to our family when needed. Having a bathroom in every bedroom made it even better. The location was perfect in regard to the beach and the town of Anna Marie. When we did go to the beach we booked a whole beach day set up with a company called My Beach Concierge. Was perfect. Overall great experience with this house and company! 5 Stars!

Ami locals truly exceeded our expectations during our stay. They meticulously attended to every detail, going as far as providing a skimmer for pool maintenance. Additionally, having a private pool proved to be a delightful retreat during the afternoon. The kitchen was so well stocked and the close proximity to the beach was particularly advantageous for our family, especially with little ones in tow. I would highly recommend this AirBNB...we would definitely stay there again!

AMI Locals bent over backward to make up for the fact that the house was incorrectly advertised as a place for twelve people. There were only eleven spots for sleeping and ten places around a table. They brought an air mattress and gave a reasonable credit. The house needs some TLC. It was beautifully decorated, and the rooftop view is amazing. The pool was heated and very relaxing. All in all, a nice place that just needs a thorough cleanup.

AMI locals made the stay very accommodating . We arrived earlier than expected and the cleaning team was extremely friendly. The inspection team arrived promptly so we could enter home prior to 4:00, the home was as pictured and very comfortable. The outdoor entertainment area was where a good deal of time was spent after exploring the area. We would definitely recommend the home especially for large groups .
