The fully equipped kitchen is perfect for the aspiring chef in your group. They can bring culinary creations to life with top-of-the-line appliances and ample counter space. This was our first time visiting Oakland, MD. The house and private community was beautiful and very well decorated...and the Christmas touch of lights and trees made our holiday getaway an extremely enjoyable experience. When we come back next year we'll definitely be staying in the same community.

We really enjoyed our long weekend at mountain laurel. The house was spacious, comfortable and well appointed. The beds were so comfortable! The kitchen was well stocked and great to make large meals in. The house was dog friendly and had things like dog bowls and doggie bags for use. Despite ongoing snow throughout the weekend, the roads and driveways were maintained and allowed us to safely get in and out of the community. We had an amazing time. The home was beautiful and perfect for my brother who uses a wheelchair. It was accessible in all areas. The location was very peaceful. Sadly, we had to leave early due to the winter storm. The kitchen could use more pots and pans but otherwise, the home was very lovely. We plan to rent again.
