Do not rent an air b and b from this company. Arms falling off couches, drip coffee maker with no filters, lamps not working, no ice in ice maker, noisy neighbors, company representative unwilling to help saying that I needed to not interrupt her when she was speaking and refusing to move us away from noisy neighbors that we had to call police on, no information regarding game room and items for use at beach (all items shared with the other tenets), info binder lacks helpful information, but in…

8 min walk to the gulf...and beach access was basically across the street! Very relaxing pool for evenings (shared pool but was never an issue with the neighboring unit), grills available and game room for kids/adults.
The 3 bedrooms had comfortable beds and quality linens..one bedroom had a bunk for multiple kids which came in handy.
Overall I could continue to list all the pros but we simply loved the property and would absolutely return. Host agency was responsive to any questions we had t…

Stayed 3 nights for a girls trip. The space was clean with plenty of blankets and pillows, and the starter pack of items was enough for our stay. I was pleasantly surprised to see there were pool towels, beach chairs, a small cooler, and a cart for beach items as I don't think they were listed in the description.
The beach entrance was right across the street and there was a trolley stop a block away for the 0.5 mile walk to the downtown was easy. The pool and shared space was also very nice…

The location was great. The house is cute, could use a fresh coat of paint and some updates. I thought it was advertised that there would be some kitchen spices and oil, but there was not. The dishes were a little grimy but we washed them before use, so not a huge issue. I think if we had to share the pool with the other unit, it may have been a little awkward, but we were fortunate enough that no one was staying in the other unit. The pool is small, but the landscape was very private and beaut…

Nice spot to hit the beach and / or chill at the house. We had a great time grilling and hanging by the pool. Short list of complaints would be: the fridge wouldn’t get cold enough. Gameroom not connected to living space and had no AC. Bypass button missing on outside of sliding glass door. Wi-Fi didn’t work well upstairs.

This was a great condo within walking distance of beach, shops and restaurants! There are a lot of stairs so be ready for that! Management could go through the kitchen and thin out all of the gadgets and utensils. It had more than you need and left little room for grocery storage. We will be back!!
