Prime vacations is an amazing host! The amount of attention and their response time was outstanding. I would say within minutes of booking they followed up with a message and email. The house felt really welcoming and smelled fantastic. I would definitely return and stay again if I’m in the AMI area. Thanks once again for the 5 star service!

Avoid any property that is managed by AMI Locals by Prime Vacations. Same company. We originally booked a property with them in March 2025 & they cancelled it 4 days before we left in April 2025.They said it was damaged by the hurricane in October 2024 & still not ready. I asked why they rented it to us & they said they thought it would be ready & not their problem. They cancelled us. I found this property which ended up being managed by them as well, my mistake. Long story short, we flew in during the hurricane. They called us an hour before check in and said we cannot stay here as they’re evacuating the island. Ok fine… then said we are not eligible for a refund because we didn’t buy travel insurance. We didn’t buy insurance because we knew we were coming. There was no reason to buy insurance. We’ve been renting on AMI for the past 15 years. Each time a different property. This is truly a great property. And, AMI locals property management was awesome! Easy to get in contact with, very responsive, and always helped resolve questions/issues. Next time we rent, we will make sure that AMI locals is the property manager. The layout of this home is perfect for a large family. The lazy river pool was very nice and we’d rent this house again.

This was such an incredible experience. The house was wonderful and the AMI Locals management company were rock stars. Whenever there was an issue or question, they immediately responded and had the problem solved within hours. It was comfortable to stay here and an easy process for sign in and check out. BOOKER BEWARE: The company this unit is booked through, AMI Locals, has not been great. The listing doesn’t mention that it is a triplex with shared walls and a ceiling where people and animals wil be running around all night!
