This is a very nice apartment in a great location, as it is only a couple blocks from the beach and boardwalk. It was clean, and well appointed. There are a number of restaurants/coffee shops close by that made eating out very easy (without using the car).
The host was very responsive, and always got back to me immediately. I would recommend this apartment.

With great communication, prompt responses, clear instructions, great accommodations and an excellent location, our large family had a better than expected vacation! We had a great time in Ocean City at Steve's place! We've been coming to OCNJ for 15 years and have stayed in many different houses. This location was perfect - close to the beach, boardwalk, ice cream and coffee shops, and more. The home was very clean and had beach gear for us to use and a closet of games for the kids to play. Steve was quick to help when we couldn't locate a spare blanket. Would definitely stay again!

We loved our stay. We've been to OCNJ three other times, and this was by far the best and most comfortable rental we've found. The beds are amazing, the unit has anything you could possibly need, it was clean and everything was new, and Steve was super communicative and always responded very quickly.
