I can't say enough good things about our hosts and the property on Central Ave. Steve and Kim were very responsive from the initial booking and checked in on us during our stay. the house was exactly as represented. Extremely clean, well located 3 blocks from the beach. 8 beach tags and gear included. Will definitely rent from Heavenly Rez again. Thank you so much for helping us have an excellent vacation!

Steve and Kim are great to work with and if there is a problem they are on top of it! We have stayed at 1120 Central Ave twice and will be returning next year . Close to boardwalk,bikes, restaurants and well equipped! Great place to spend a relaxing vacation ‼️

We had an amazing stay at Heavenlyrez's ocean city rental this past weekend! The apartment was spotless and incredibly comfortable. Kim was an outstanding host, she was always quick to respond and went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. Super clean and so close to beach and boardwalk. Kimberly our host was so amazing and super accommodating! She was super responsive especially during my stay. They made the whole process super easy and responded quickly to any questions we had. You can't beat the location. It is just a few steps to the boardwalk and beach.
