Spotless unit in perfect location. Had our first family beach trip here with our two little ones. Easy walkability to beach, boardwalk, cafes, ice cream, and play space The Yard allowed for fun and easy days. Blinds in the unit were perfect for darkening rooms for naps, and the unit itself was quiet. Our only challenge was that it was three skinny flights up to the unit, so navigating with a double stroller was tough — take note if you have any accessibility challenges. Overall had a wonderful t…

We were down with family for a high school football game. The place was exactly what we needed, clean and had every amenity including access to a pool. Would stay again.

The location can't be beat for beach, boardwalk & downtown access. Despite being close to all of that the unit itself was quiet & nicely updated. Unit was very clean & felt safe & secure. We had an issue with no hot water on day 2 of our trip, the host was responsive quickly & had someone out to service & resolve the issue within 1.5hrs.
Some info in the property guidebook wasn't consistent with what we found in the unit (parking pass & beach tags were not where it said they'd be & it was noted …

We had a great time. Close to everything. It was so convenient to have access to beach supplies including: tags, chairs, towels and cart. It was clean, modern and the perfect amount of space for our family of 4. Hosts were extremely communicative. Check-in and check-out were super easy.Only cons were the amount of steps to climb and no designated bike storage.
Danielle
My family stayed here for 4 nights. The place was very clean and looked like the pictures . The management company, Heavenly Rez, was very responsive to any needs or questions we had. All I had to do was send a text. The unit was on the 3rd floor so there were a lot of stairs but the location was close to the beach/boardwalk and you could walk to Asbury Ave for shopping. The parking was two blocks away which I didn't love- but once we got settled in and unpacked- it was fine. It was perfect for …
