The condo was in a great location, not even 2 blocks to the boardwalk, a very popular ice cream spot across the street, and a few blocks from the Main Street dining and shopping (easy to walk or drive over). Everyone had their own space with 4 bedrooms and the master bath was so spacious. The kitchen was clean and well stocked even with random things like scissors. The beach supplies were bountiful and easy to load up and take out of the big clean garage. There were a few things that could have …

This was the most well equipped property that we have ever stayed at. The place was spotless which was very impressive given that it was a beach apt. The towels, paper supplies, personal and kitchen items were thoughtful and generous. The communication was terrific - we made a call at 8:00 PM about a locked bedroom door we couldn't open and our call was answered and handled beautifully. Location is great for the beach, restaurants, and shopping. My family is already talking about next year!

We had an absolutely perfect time staying at this apartment. It was spotlessly clean, the beds and couches were extremely comfortable, it had a well-stocked kitchen, two wonderful porches/balconies with comfortable outdoor furniture, two parking spaces (one in a garage and one in the driveway), and it was in a perfect location just blocks from the boardwalk. This place was very nice. Clean, well stocked. Plenty of beach chairs and umbrellas for the beach. Easy check in. Close to shopping and restaurants. Unfortunately, 8th and 9th street beach were closed for dredging from Tuesday through the rest of our stay. Not the owners fault, but we had to drive and park at another beach for the rest of the week. We really did have a fantastic experience with this place.
