We had the best time at Steve's place! Great location but we also really appreciated the cleanliness and having linens and towels provided. Steve was extremely responsive as well. We had a great stay!

We were very pleased with this rental. The house was professionally cleaned prior to our arrival and had all the basics we needed to begin our stay. The location was a five minute walk to the beach which was perfect and hosts very easy to reach. The neighborhood was residential and very well kept. We would definitely consider another stay at this property in the future

Linens, bath and beach towels, and beach tags all provided. Kitchen well equipped. Host response to questions in advance and during stay very prompt. Well located 1 1/2 blocks from guarded 30th Street beach. Would definitely stay here again!
