Towards the street side of the unit are two additional suites, each with deck access and its own full bathroom. Plus, you can conveniently park 3 vehicles at this prime location (1 in the garage and 2 in the driveway).

Had an amazing week at the house with the family! The house was exactly as described or even better. Best location on the boardwalk with views all day long. The layout, furniture, furnishings, appliances, all top of the line. Well stocked kitchen. Provided linens, towels and lots of amenities to start us off. Even had beach chairs and games to play at night. Well done, will stay again. Great communication and attention to little things we needed done.

We are a large family, some traveling from overseas, who have vacationed in Ocean City for generations. We have stayed in many of the luxury beach-front rentals. This one was our favorite so far. The main living space is spacious and comfortable, easily accommodating our large gatherings. The kitchen is well-designed for our multiple chefs. We rented 1419 and 1417 Ocean Ave for our extended family for the week of July 11 to 18 and everyone had a wonderful time. The house itself was great. Spotlessly clean and well maintained and very well equipped. Lots of room for everyone with 6 bedrooms and two living areas along with the decks . Plenty of beach and pool gear. The location right on the boardwalk at 14th can't be beat. In the past we have stayed at houses at 28th and the Boardwalk as well as 2nd and the Boardwalk and those entail…

Stayed here as well as at 1417 (condo below) with a large corporate group. Very nice house and had a beautiful view. We were unable to enjoy the pool due to the weather (no fault of the host!).
