Stephanie
This house checks all the boxes, and we all felt lucky and blessed to be able to stay there. It's in a fantastic location, and the house itself is full of amenities and very beautiful. I love that there are 5 bedrooms all on the same floor and an elevator for heavy luggage. The property manager was on top of any concerns that we had. They responded immediately and were always checking in to see if everything was ok. The only negative was that we didn't stay longer. We ALL were sad to leave.
Sara
Amazing property right on the beach and boardwalk. The pools were a huge hit. Inside rooms and bathrooms were outstanding. Staying here again.
Tommy
Booked the house for a family vacation July 2026, and we were not disappointed. The house is beautiful, spotless and large enough to accommodate our large families needs. Any concerns or questions we had were answered right away. The comfort of the house and our time with loved ones made for a very enjoyable experience.
Don
We rented 1417 and 1419 Ocean Ave for our extended family for the week of July 11 ttto 18 , 2026 and everyone had a wonderful time. The house was great. Spotlessly clean, well maintained and well equipped. Lots of room for everyone with 6 bedrooms and two living areas along with the decks. Plenty of beach and pool gear. The location right on the boardwalk at 14th street can't be beat. In the past we have stayed at houses at 28th and Boardwalk as well as 2nd and boardwalk and those entailed prett…

Amazing location! Right on the boardwalk as close to the entertainment as you can get. We loved sitting on the porch and watching the waves. We had a maintenance issue and the hosts were very responsive. It may be the nicest place in OC! Looking forward to coming back.
Jen
Stayed here with a large corporate group. We enjoyed the view and the interior of the home. It was too cold for us to enjoy the pool. Home was beautiful!
