Our extended family had a wonderful time during our stay. The location was very close to the beach and boardwalk. Everything we needed (and more) was already there! Very nice and comfortable property! Convenient and easy!

This was the second time our family has stayed at one of Steve's properties in Ocean City. I only looked at his listings for our stay because we had such a good experience the first time.
The property was just as described and Steve was prompt in responding to questions.

My family of six, all adults, enjoyed staying at 1207 Central Avenue for 2 weeks over July 4th. We've been doing this for years but the past 2 years have been with Heavenly Rez units. And now I will only go through their organization. Heavenly Rez provides top notch service, with towels (bath & beach), linens, beach chairs/equipment, keyless entry, cleanliness and communication. I am very pleased with their accommodations and would love to continue with this same unit until my family outgrows it…
