116 Atlantic Ave, Unit 1, OCNJ

*NO SENIOR WEEK RENTALS*

Step into pure coastal elegance on Atlantic Avenue, a first floor condo where luxury design meets timeless shore living. From the moment you enter, the home feels expansive and inviting, with sunlight dancing across wide plank floors and a floor plan that flows seamlessly from gathering space to private retreats.

The gourmet kitchen is the showstopper: a massive quartz island built for conversation, a Sub-Zero refrigerator, a Wolf stove, and custom cabinetry that blends craftsmanship with function. Just off the kitchen, a wet bar with a wine fridge and storage keeps entertaining effortless. Picture evenings where laughter spills from the dining table, the gas fireplace glows softly, and the covered porch offers a breezy perch for watching the neighborhood come alive.

With six bedrooms and three full bathrooms, there is space for everyone, whether it is a sprawling family gathering or friends sharing a summer escape. The primary suite feels like a private spa, with a custom tile shower, double vanities, and a serene design.

This is an Achristavest build, and the craftsmanship shows in the details that matter most on vacation: private garage access, a parking pad, and a fully enclosed outdoor shower that makes rinsing off after the beach a delight rather than a chore. Every element has been crafted for comfort, convenience, and coastal style.

Best of all, you are on prestigious Atlantic Avenue, just steps from Ocean City’s beach and boardwalk. Wake up and stroll to local favorites like Island Grill for dinner or Positively 4th Street Café for your morning coffee. The boardwalk’s 2.5 miles of shops, arcades, and treats like pizza and ice cream are all within easy reach, and Asbury Avenue’s boutiques are only a short walk away.

From this unbeatable location, you can catch golden sunrises over the ocean, take morning bike rides along the shore, spend afternoons browsing local shops, and wind down on the porch as the day cools, all without ever needing your car.

This is more than a condo. It is a shore sanctuary designed to gather, relax, and create lasting memories.
