Founded by Vail Daily creator Jim Pavelich and Chef Noah Bender, Southside Benderz at 182 Avon Road delivers on its reputation as the valley's best burger — a six-ounce fresh Colorado Angus patty on a homemade bun with their famous Thousand Island-style sauce, named Best Burger on I-70 by Westwood Magazine.
