Named for the Italian-speaking Swiss canton, Ticino at 100 West Beaver Creek Boulevard in Avon delivers down-to-earth Italian comfort food in a cozy, intimate setting. The kitchen makes all pasta and gnocchi from scratch — a rarity at this price point — and the menu invites guests to build their own pasta with house-made noodles, sauces, and toppings.
