On Lincoln Avenue since 2015, Salt & Lime is Rex's Family of Restaurants' take on modern Mexican, with bright flavors and an emphasis on tacos built from regional ingredients and traditional techniques. Fish, shrimp, and carne asada tacos headline the menu, alongside signature Casa Margaritas and a deep bench of craft tequila cocktails made with fresh juice. A summer rooftop deck overlooks downtown, and happy hour hits twice daily with dollar-off margaritas and $3.50 tacos. Walk-in only, with a waitlist when the downstairs dining room fills up.
