In Torian Plum Plaza at the base of the Steamboat Ski Area since 1998, Cafe Diva is Steamboats long-standing fine-dining pick, opened as a wine bar and grown into a chef-driven dining room. Executive Chef Kate Rench writes a new menu each season, with past favorites including crab bisque, halibut, pot stickers, pork chop, venison short loin, and seared diver scallops.
