The kitchen builds around dry-aged USDA Prime beef, hand-cut Colorado black angus, and jet-fresh seafood - expect a Denver steak with buttermilk mashed potatoes, scallops, halibut, and a house pork chop meant for sharing. The wine program is the standout: a Wine Spectator Best of Award of Excellence for a cellar of 300-plus global bottles, plus a state-of-the-art wine station pouring special selections by the glass. Social hour runs Sunday through Thursday from 4 to 6pm.
