Born from an Alaska backcountry ski trip and rooted on Elk River Road since 2023, Mythology produces award-winning American whiskey, layered gins, craft vodka, and specialty spirits in small batches. The Steamboat campus houses a full cocktail bar, tasting room, Yield Smash Co. restaurant, and an outdoor Whiskey Garden with fire pits, live music, and a kids' mountain slide. Sip an Elk River Old Fashioned built with Hell Bear American Whiskey, pine-tea syrup, and orange bitters, or the pickled whiskey Old Fashioned collaboration with Steamboat Salt Company. Tours, events, and movie nights round out the experience.
